  • Accuracy of Goods: We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and features of our bodysuit, specifically our active colorways: Onyx Classic, Midnight Silhouette, and Pure Chalk Sculpt.
  • Pricing: All prices are shown in USD ($54.99). We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products at any time without notice.
  • Sizing: It is the customer's responsibility to consult our sizing reference table prior to checkout. If you are between sizes, we recommend utilizing our "Fit Tip" to size up.
3. Shipping & Delivery Standard processing takes 1 to 3 business days , and delivery to the United States takes 7 to 13 business days. While we make every effort to deliver within this window, external customs or carrier delays are outside our direct control.
4. Intellectual Property The design of the Second Skin Underwire Bodysuit, our custom FrameHold™ Weave, website graphics, copywriting, logos, and custom-generated marketing assets are the exclusive property of SculptHer. Any unauthorized replication, scraping, or usage of our store content is strictly prohibited.
5. Governing Law These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa (or the state of Delaware/Wyoming, USA, if operating under a registered US LLC)
